OK! I have had it! It is official! I am tired of hearing news from Egypt! So please allow me to analyze what I make of what is going on.
Fact #1: We have a new elected president who has been in the presidential seat for less than half a year.
Fact #2: It takes several months to plan a single big event or even get some feasibility study to actually start a project.
Fact #3: Several decisions that Pressident Morsi made was halted and opposed and is called unconstitutional.
Fact #4: Demonstrating in el Tahrir square against every action or lack of action is disturbance of public peace at this point.
It is ironic to have an unconsitutional decision while you are trying to change the constitution! It is illogical to ask someone to fix a country that has been going downhill for 30 years and there is remenants of corruption everywhere to oppose him in several months. It takes more time than that just to analyze the situation and come up with a proper plan of action. Give the guy a chance to actually do something, give him time. You are just making things worse.
Fact #5: If someone does a bad thing against a certain group, we accuse the opposing group.
So if a criminal attacked a libral, the brotherhood are bad. If someone attacked the brotherhood figure or their quarters or have a different opinion against the brotherhood or the president, they are anti Islam and Monafekeen,...etc. Even Omar bin ElKhatab and Abu Bakr Al Sedeek Radi Allah 3anhoma made mistaks and people were free to correct them without being called fake muslims.
Fact #6: Egyptians always exaggerated and generalized.
Fact #7: News are not reliable, Facebook and internet are filled with lies, and following an idea or someone blindly is never good. Ask the russian and the german if you don't believe it ( Stalin and Hitler if you don't get it).
Fact #8: Egyptians are smart people. If they took time before they do anything and were properly informed and educated, things will not be as bad as they are now.
Fact #9: I am neither a brotherhood guy nor I am a libral or secular and I say both sides have valid points but neither are looking at the full picture.
Fact #10: Both sides need some rude awakening before the country really go down the drain because we are on the verge of economical and political disaster not to mention a possible civil war thanks to both sides.
Fact # 11: What both sides are doing is exactly what is called Fitna!
If I was given a choice, I would lock all those people away so I can have some peace and quite and see the country actually go somewhere good.
Fact #12: both sides have good ideas but their way is not the only way. Learn to negotiate and discuss.
Fact # 13: Just because someone know Quran and Sunna doesn't mean he knows everything about everything.
Fact #14: If you are good in politics, that doesn't mean you can run a country.
Fact #15: There are a lot of fields and specialties in life and there are experts in every field. Choose the right man for the right job.
Fact #16: Fixing a country needs some degree of dictatorship. Ask Malysia!
Fact #17: It will take at least a decade before you actually start to see some strong recognizable improvment in the country assuming repairing the damages start today.
Finally, to both sides I say, SHUT UP! STOP ACTING IRRATIONALLY! THINK! NEGOTIATE! AND ACTUALLY LOOK AT THE BIGGER PICTURE BEFORE ALL IS LOST!!!!!!!
